Founded by a career paramedic with over 25 years of frontline experience, The PIERCE Foundation is a nonprofit built to support those who serve not just on the clock, but in life.
We’ve seen too many medics drop out of school because they couldn’t afford tuition. Too many firefighters suffer in silence through trauma. Too many officers struggling to provide for their families after injury or burnout. These aren’t headlines, they’re everyday realities.
