PIERCE Provisions was built by a team of professionals who’ve lived it, led it, and bled for it.

We’re not theorists. We’re not motivational speakers. We’re seasoned first responders—paramedics, combat medics, tactical operators, field supervisors, and crisis-tested educators—who got tired of watching others struggle through bad leadership, outdated training, and mental health burnout.

We created PIERCE Provisions to fix that.

Our team brings decades of real-world experience to every course we teach. From back alleys to battlefield medicine, rural mass casualty scenes to urban tactical deployments—we’ve been there. And we’ve built a program that trains people for the realities of this job, not some textbook version of it.

We don’t believe in check-the-box training. We believe in developing confident, competent, and mentally-resilient leaders who are ready for the chaos of today’s public safety environment.
