About the event
The First Responder Mental Wellness Summit is a national conference tour bringing together mental wellness champions, first responders, clinicians, educators, and leaders from across the country to strengthen relationships, share practical tools, and break the stigmas surrounding mental health in public safety.
Hosted by The PIERCE Foundation, this in-person summit creates a space for real conversations, peer connection, and proactive strategies that support the mental wellness of those who serve. Each event is intentionally designed to move beyond awareness and focus on action, resilience, and sustainable support for EMS, fire, law enforcement, dispatch, and allied professionals.
Through powerful speakers, interactive sessions, and shared experiences, attendees will gain insight, perspective, and resources they can carry back to their agencies, families, and communities, helping ensure that no first responder has to fight alone.
