Refund Policy

At PIERCE Provisions, we take pride in the quality of our gear. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to fix it.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom and printed items (including special edition shirts, patches, and gear) are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items will not be eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or item, we’ll work with you to exchange it if stock is available. You’ll be responsible for return shipping, but we’ll cover the cost of sending out the replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return or Report an Issue

Please email admin@pierceprovisions.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any photos if applicable. We’ll respond promptly to help resolve the issue.
